Restoration & Duplication 

For over 15 years, Firelands has been restoring your family heirlooms.  Now they have new tools to help keep your portraits alive.

Using digital capture devices (cameras & scanners) Firelands will record your existing image without damaging the original in any way.  Any size original photograph can be accommodated.  Artwork is performed on the digital image and then it is printed on our lab's digital printers.  These printers use traditional silver halide photographic paper, the same as we have always used for all our portrait prints.

We use either Kodak or Fuji professional printing papers which ensures you of their longevity.

During the artwork phase, we can repair tears, missing parts of the image, spots and stains, just about anything that has damaged your photograph.  Every image is color corrected and adjusted for density.  In every case, the finished photograph is considerably better than the original.

Your new portrait will be placed in a gift folder for protection.
